Socal Wholesale/Rehab Help
Hi Socal Investors,
I came across a distressed/vacant home while driving for dollars in the southern California (socal), Los angeles county area. I was able get a hold of the owner and he is interested in selling. However, I am haven't trouble estimating the rehab cost to make an offer on the home. The fire started in the garage and damage from what I can tell is to the garage, attic, family room. The bathrooms and bedrooms seem to be fine with no visual damage. The house is 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath and is about 1100 sqft in Rowland Heights. Could someone help me with they would estimate the rehab cost to be based on the pictures alone?
