the upstairs unit does get a little warm up there.  

I do not get the sign calls from my listing, All of my leads have come from my own lead generation, with the amount of $ in commission that I have paid from being with the team I could have used the $ to market myself and likely get a significant amount of warm or hot leads.  

They ended up doing whatever they needed to do with hot water while it was still warm in the tank, and after that they said they would be fine.

If it doesn't work at least it is warming up and they may not notice but I'd just go forward with the appraisal and see what happens.
