So for the rehab, the plan is to replace all of the major components of the home: New HVAC unit (with additional duct work), new roof, new pool equipment, and an expansion of the driveway.Smaller items will be to redo all of the bathrooms, frame up walls to split the home in 2, and a new kitchen in the studio.Final Thoughts: I hope everyone enjoyed this original post.

Hello,I have been renting out rooms in the primary house I have been living in, however I am thinking of renting out the entire house and move to my second home which is currently being renovated to make things a little easy for me.Since I have never rented out entire house to families, I am looking for some do's and don'ts perhaps if there is a checklist of items I should go through prior to renting out the house.

@Andrey Y.QBI / QBID was new in 2018.They actually made some changes in 2019 relating to line 20 Box Z on the K-1 from 2018 to 2019.So make sure to take a look at the instructions to the line items before inputting them into the software.
