Legalizing weed or gambling or other sin tax industries can raise money, but it also costs money and affects your community.

Is the border to Massachusetts the best bet or are there other booming areas? 

On the Zillow map I see that from one side houses are selling for about 250k but on the other side (Oaklyn) it’s under 100k, it’s in Collingswood but it’s on the border with Oaklyn.Any advice is appreciated.

I am also looking at the market since I live in Georgia , Valdosta is the place where I usually take a stop when I am traveling to Florida because it is right at the border.
