I actually faced a similar dilemma with my personal property what I recommend is make the calculation over the next few years how how much each options is likely to generate and compare them side by side, it really helps to make an educated decision.

@Seth Jamison I’m a teacher/coach looking to work for free this spring and summer doing any kind of grunt work....door knocking, lead generating, or whatever I got to do to get around some people making things happen in DFW.

The quicker the exit the higher the IRR the longer you hold the lower the IRR unless you generate even more growth exponentially but that’s not the norm.
