I'm new to wholesaling. I know the process but haven't actually done it yet. I think I may have a smoking deal as Sean Terry says but time will tell I haven't gotten it under contract yet. 


Anyway I'm in the DFW area and want to do virtual wholesaling. Would love to connect with people with experience doing this! Thank y'all!
