Any vendor that provides an AVM (automated valuation model) ought to have the data to generate maps using a variety of different property features.

On my SFR deals I was using a lot of hard money (some private money too). 

I purchase the properties and fix them up using a line of credit and then refinance them paying off the credit line.

Does anyone suggest or have an opinion on an up&coming wholesaler using a free website or a paid site for starting out?

Also, have you talked with your lender about financing the property conventionally and then immediately using a quit claim deed to put it into an LLC?
