I want to avoid all technology.

After graduating I worked at Southern California Edison (the power company) as an Engineering in their technology labs for 4 years.

Regardless of the education path you choose, the real issues lies with a persons ability to execute the knowledge they have.  

It's never good to start off any relationship with a lie or with holding some truths.  

I do not personally have disposable income lying around, but I am currently purchasing a property (w/ OPM) knowing it has a negative cash flow (-$115 to be exact) Allow me to explain:In my market, there are many an undervalued properties still floating around.

Here's my hang up: If I put it under contract and say that i have the cash (lying?)

He'll say he won't work unless he gets 50% up front, but trust me he's lying.

The government does not want to use these programs to get you out of poverty, but try to convince you its the only option for you.They are lying.
