I have noticed that it is harder for me to come aboard once the property is in preconstruction at this point an amenities package is already in place, and the designer on the project only wants to purchase the small amounts from me, such as linens, towels, appliances, bedding, comforters, and table settings.Any suggestions.....I have surfed the internet for weeks now.

. $10K leaves you no margin for error in your construction costs plus it doesn't take in to consideration all of the soft costs like insurance, taxes, interest etc that will be incurred while you're doing the rehab with no income coming in.

This is what he said.The refinance can be done, you do not need to quick claim the deed to your personal name, as most of loan or refinance in this case will be done with personal guarantor (you).There are other options, you can simply go to regular bank and get a home equity line of credit or go to soft/hard money lenders to get quick refinance against the equity of your house.

For a full service management company there are two that I know of Oregon Beach Vacations. or Seaside Vacation Homes which only deals with places with a river or ocean view.Both of these companies have their own maintenance crew and full service cleaners that provide bed linens and towels and will launder them at an offsite facility.

I.e. as a guest, if I leave a neutral review of a host (because it is dirty, there were not enough towels, etc) the host can then leave me a negative review and limit my ability to stay in any airbnb again.
