Pre Construction condotels

N/A N/A
Posted

Hey Everyone, I am trying to find developers before they reach pre-construction on condotels, resorts, hotels etc. My company completes the units with the furniture, housewares, artwort etc.

We get the units vacation and or rental ready for investors and offer over 1000's of packages. Budget and Highend with plasma tv's, wine collers you name it. I can design a complete houseware package for under $400

The owners or developers say what they want to spend and we design the package. I have noticed that it is harder for me to come aboard once the property is in preconstruction at this point an amenities package is already in place, and the designer on the project only wants to purchase the small amounts from me, such as linens, towels, appliances, bedding, comforters, and table settings.

Any suggestions.....I have surfed the internet for weeks now.
