Multifamily Apartment Syndications

Multifamily Apartment Syndication takes advantage of economies of scale to enable your real estate investments to be truly passive by pooling money with other investors to buy larger assets that can support a full time staff. By buying an apartment complex with 60 or more units, the business can afford full time managerment and maintenance.

I started off investing in single family rentals and found myself doing many lower value activities while I waited to grow big enough to make business sense to afford managers and maintenance personnel. By teaming up with other investors to form a syndications, we were all able to fast track to investments that were truly passive.

If you are concerned about being overwhelmed with the scalability of single family rentals or would like to achieve similar returns in a more passive way, I highly recommend the Multifamily route.
