What markets are you finding most promising for Fix and Flip projects, whether in Virginia or other states? 

(And yes I think the current rental market there is crazy expensive.)

I would expect to see property management, admin, marketing, and contract services (more than just lawn care.)

Most home warranty policies would cover leaks.As far as what is acceptable, in my market (Milwaukee) nobody bats an eye on cast iron sewer pipes or clay tile sewer lateral.

I’m looking at an off market 4 plex in Reynoldsburg area … asking price around 600k, massive units getting about 1500 in rents each.
