At this (early) stage, I'm seeing disappointment for those like me that have no employees.

Its just making sure its the correct move for me at this early stage, but I agree to build my business to handle success as you put it.

We were going to stage the home, but opted to list it quickly in hopes for an offer and had staging lined up as a backup plan.

I am also seeing some issues with final inspections, but fortunately I am not nearing the end of any projects and the only client of mine doing a big project is in the very early stages. 

My concern with buying properties with cash is that it limits my purchasing power when compared to a typically 20% down mortgage.I'm still in the early stages and trying to get clarity on a few things.

The first stage would be discussing the book as you would in a book club, sharing ideas.
