Newer Investor, should I do this?? (Asset Protection)

Hello, I am still sorta new to investing in RE and I could use some advice. I currently have one rental in Palm Springs and I am in the process of buying my first OOS property in Michigan. I have been looking for a company to help with asset protection and creating LLC's. I've been in talks with Anderson Business Advisers and though I like what they offer I don't know if its too intense for a small fry as myself. To create everything I would need would run me about 9k, with an annual price of about 1400. I don't know if an umbrella policy would be better or not. Has anyone worked with them who has just started out as well?

Thanks very much!
