I am looking to put in laminate flooring but there are a lot to choose from.

How do I best choose a property management to take care of my condo?

A JV is not me assigning my contract to you to assign to somebody of your choosing, who can assign to somebody else, and so on and so forth.

My contracts does not contain early lease termination so you can choose if you want to have them responsible to the end of contract while you are looking, if you want to withhold security deposit if they do not pay while you are looking for a replacement or if you will let them out if they prepay for 2 months and leave(can be based on a state where you have this property).

Somewhat new to this on the property side, but from experience with business loans, your commercial loan will be due and you will have to choose a refinance option or be prepared to pay off.
