What midwest markets are killing it in the rental game? Looking to invest out of state this would be my first out of state rental.. anyone have any advice??

Columbus, Ohio is a great cash flow and appreciation market. Dayton and Cleveland are a great cash flow only market. You'll want an investor friendly agent in whichever market you choose to connect you to a local team
