Im checking a list in a county where I live and im already up to 3k how good are these lists, do the trees bear fruit or am a wasting Fiji water to see them grow?

Her current lease includes heat (and hot water which I plan on changing over too), so I can't just say "surprise, you're now paying for heat as part of your electric bill!"

If its city water/sewer the only utility risk is who owns the pipes.

Why buy a 200K house and keep it long term, so by the time its paid off its worth nothing because there is no water left?

The buyers home inspection found there was a leak and some water intrusion and that some drywall needed to be replaced.
