My question is; Is it possible to land a job as an assistant for a Real Estate Investing company or broker without a license in the Raleigh, Durham or Garner area in North Carolina that will be willing to mentor me while I go to school and make some decent money?

Some take commercial breaks and pitch stuff like hard money lenders, business credit, virtual assistants, landlord services, deal partnering, websites, marketing services, home security devices, etc.

Your credit is a reflection of your business character and others will be checking it in doing transactions with you. 

Currently involved in Assisted Living properties in Arizona.  

Since a debtor usually is on an allowance of sorts, debts restructured with a wage earner, they won't have a down payment in most cases but they can seek assistance from family for example.

You can assist them in their research by telling them that the 1031 Exchange works in conjunction with Section 453 (Installment Sale Treatment).
