@Bryan Normal You’re realizing the catch 22 here….in order for your license to “make you legal” you have to use it as it was intended….actually working As An Agent, with everything going through your broker.

When I spoke to her this morning over the phone she started to catch an attitude with me saying she has to work the next couple days and then she "might" have a couple days this week to start moving.

I might catch some flack for this, but I think a good screening question is “what part of East Durham would you invest in” (or Southeast Raleigh if you prefer that market).

Awesome...I grew up in Belmont and have been eyeing that area as a good place to maybe get started.  

However, I'd exhaust all financing options before you're left putting buckets in the top floor of the property to catch the rain water coming in :)

And when using a fly swatter gets boring use a shop vac - it's fun to catch them that way. :-)

Are there inspectors that will work for the purchaser (not the agent), actually inspect the property and not just “eye-ball” it and call it good?
