Hello Everyone!

My name in Dan Hood I have "flipped the switch"! Excited to get started on my real estate investing journey. I'm anxious to get beyond the discovery phase and get some skin in the game with my first deal. Discovered the podcast and doing some essential reading/learning (Rich Dad, Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing, David Greene's BRRRRR, etc.). Also attending my first Real Estate Investor club meet-up in a few weeks.

Can't tell you how excited I am to get started building my empire!  Love to hear from people in the Dayton OH area that have taken flight.
