I like the firm's stated values (community oriented, karmaic thinking, environmentally friendly, driven), the investment area (Five Points neighborhood in Denver), and the types of transactions (flips, wholesaling, and development).I am not the experienced real estate investor they want to add to their team; however, I do think I can offer them some value in exchange a more hands on real estate education.

If the area supports higher rents, then maybe down the road you can get rid of overhang, and remodel to a more modern style on the building, and at that time, change out the railing to a metal, cable or plexiglass type railing.

Rob,i have used this product and it works great, easy to install (once you figure out the orientation) the manufacturer sells 3 different ones, this one is the lowest quality, and least expensive.

You need a permit to move a mobile home and, there is no way an F150 is going to tow the newer style 14 wide, or wider models.
