Today is Monday, and I woke up to an approval email, so I'm now in their system.

I'm going to do more research today to see if my price is right, but I've been asking potential renters if they feel it's fair and they almost all say it's priced right.

Was doing grunt work for an investor who ran a larger REIA from 2008-2012, and then left dfw for college. came back, decided to invest/wholesale full time, I only lasted 2 weeks in that market...IT IS SATURATEDI worked a NOD list and homeowners would say "you're the 5th person to knock on my door... today".There's deals in any market, it's just a matter of how many others you're competing with to find those deals.

Going to look at it today around 5:30.  

I just received a certified letter today stating that the home is up for trustee sale in 3 months.

Create a list of those that express interest and let them know when you have the deal.I would also add that you need to get educated as to what you can and cannot do as far as the SEC is concerned.
