The biggest vent issue you will encounter is there is likely only one per unit (or one for the entire property) - two if you are lucky - which does not help your drainage problems when the waste pipes carried and narrow (less air chasing the water).

I use Cozy to screen potential tenants - they offer credit and background checks.

All you have to do is set up the lease on Cozy, amount of payment, help them enter their info, and that is it.
