Looking for automation here I’m no getting from VRBO...

I’ve gotten pretty decent money from them.The only downside is that it is a bit more work and you would want to live close by.I automate it as much as possible by using a lockbox so I don’t have to meet them there all the time.

Has anyone attempted to automate some of the MLS review process through obtaining an MLS feed from your local area (or even national) then scraping the data into Excel for quick analysis? 

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

I’ve spent many years working with the top banks & CUs in the country to implement origination software and re-work the board lending policy into an automated underwriting engine.

I have automated most of the work at this point on my Bartlett property and have started using Facebook ads this week and I am already getting responses.

She forwarded me buyers so i can start my own buyers list, so i have that, i have access to the MLS, i can start an automated search sent to me so i can then analyze them and try to get them under contract so i can pitch them, but heres is my dilemma,  how do i pitch a deal i cant seem to understand if its a good deal to pitch or not?

When you have a 5,000 pc mailer and 100-150 ppl are calling at the same time, the more automation the better for me.These are all worded differently in my script, but these are the basic questions we ask.Name?

Actually, I'm very familiar with forums, because my first professional job was actually as the Super Moderator (one step below Administrator) of a forum dedicated to writing programs (gray area in their Terms of Service but shhh) to automate making virtual money on Neopets.com when I was 12 years old.
