Anyone know how to clean yellow brick?  

I am sending yellow letters and will put some bandit signs.

I'm going to be starting my yellow letter campaign here in the next 2 weeks and just want to know if anyone is willing to share their purchase/sale contract and agreement to assign contract.

Boom, you just spend 15 grand easy.Now a tenant moves out and the kitchen cabinets doors are falling off, the cabinets are rotted and the horrible yellow vinyl flooring screens 70's + 40 years of abuse and cigarette stains, and the kitchen cabinets are rotted under the sink and the counter needs to be replaced anyway.

I even write my own very effective 3 page hand written yellow letters...and have done a few for a couple other wholesalers :) I have to say I love everything about REI and writing my own ebooks about topics pertaining to real estate...
