Beginner looking to wholesale

Hey everyone,  I joined a real estate investment club in 2014.  I've taken a short sale/acquisitions class while a member.  Just having trouble getting started.  I'm currently active duty military and plan to get out in 2018.  Real estate is what I plan on doing full time.  I'm going to be starting my yellow letter campaign here in the next 2 weeks and just want to know if anyone is willing to share their purchase/sale contract and agreement to assign contract.  I downloaded the contracts that Gladstone Rennie posted in the contract section on the BP website.  Just not sure if these will work in California, or maybe there's just something specific that I would need to add.  I definitely have analysis paralysis and I don't want to look like a fool when I go to the court house to file the paperwork.  I'm interested in networking with as many investors in the Riverside area as possible.  Any advice/help is appreciated.  Thank you.

Nigel Johnson PM me for a contract and a quick discussion on your game plan. Yellow letters have poor response rate. Have you thought of door knocking?
