I am brand new investor from Naples, Florida. My name is Atanas Krastev and I am 33 years old. I am basically looking to invest in Southwest Florida first and then moving north. My goal is to be an expert in wholesaling and cash flow. I also want to learn more about fix and flip and fix and hold strategies. I am wiling to learn as much as I can. Looking forward to do my first deal.
