Hey guys and gals!! I have been on BP for a while and decided it was time to post my introduction. I love learning all the information that is on here. It is awesome to connect with other like minded individuals. I have been a wholesaler since March 2016 and looking forward to building up to purchasing first rehab. I would love to connect with others from the Chattanooga and surrounding area.....other wholesalers, cash buyers, rehabbers and investors. I have access to the expired MLS listings and do a lot of marketing. I even write my own very effective 3 page hand written yellow letters...and have done a few for a couple other wholesalers :) I have to say I love everything about REI and writing my own ebooks about topics pertaining to real estate... Thanks for taking the time to read my intro :)
