I read that I need to file and affidavit, petition, non-military affidavit, and motion for appointment of special process server. 

Not sure where they get the leads, server out seeing social media postings?

You should have tons of information from their original application to provide to a process server service.

Guys, I may be moving back to the Cape myself, if so I will be sure to reach out to you and start my own REIA, I'm initially thinking Mashpee 99 restaurant on a day TBD simply because I know the area and have a family member who has senority and may be able to get us a slot by ourselves on night!

The person inside may have paperwork showing him as renting from her or fake paperwork, so easier to just do a regular eviction and pay the extra for the process server to do 2 at the same address. 

Would recommend searching: Skip Tracing, Process Server, or Attorney in your local area that specializes in that sector.Hope this helps
