Ok, so I've created a FB page for the Cape Cod REIA. I also created a meetup event for Dec 1 at 6:30. Does that work for you guys? I was thinking maybe the British Beer Co in Hyannis or the new Hogs Island Brewery in Orleans. Sounds like we need our own REIA. I'm not a huge fan of going to Wareham for anything. Lets put something together for those of us on Cape. Im interested to learn what everyone is doing and where we can go with the market.

Hey Gents. Just wanted to update you all on our next meeting for those of you who aren't following the FB group. We are set up for Thursday January 12 at Pain D'Avignon in Hyannis. I have arranged for a hard money lender to come chat with us about both small residential and larger commercial funding. He's from Grand Coast Capital Group in Boston. Should be a great meeting. I'm new here and I live in Harwich, MA. I've been looking for a local REIA convenient to the Cape Cod area, but have not been able to find anything. Nor have I found any recent relevant posts. Is there anyone from this general area that's looking to network or knows of a REIA I could get involved with?
