It's a legal principle (often called "corporate veil") and the whole point of setting up an entity in the first place.Regarding your goal of not publicly displaying your name and private phone number etc: one of the most legitimate things to do in this business (= "landlording"), as far as I'm concerned!

im certain all these properties used to have a definite Zestimate displayed just months ago, now most all are gone!

We got really good deals on Delta display models from a local plumbing supply house that shut down its showroom.

You can display how serious you are to them, and if they know you, you have a better chance at a discount or lower "rate" on the seller financed note.

where can you find a reliable source that displays current listing of homes for sale?

There doesn't seem to be a way to separate 'land' from 'homes'.I tried the basic input of the simplest terms but the pages that display are just filled with Ads that are not what I'm looking for.

You might visit their current residence to see if your prospective tenant is currently displaying it.
