I at first did not do this and got bombarded with these non-personal inquires through Rentlinx.  

Loopnet sometimes there is something worthwhile on there but most of the time I find my clients internal properties or off market.If you sign up for a couple mailing lists get ready to be bombarded by those broker or agents trying to sell you any piece of crap property they have listed for sale.

When I took over I was bombarded with maintenance requests, which I told them "Okay, I will put this is in, and I will have someone out here tomorrow or the following day between 9-4" their response "Can you do another day, in the evening?"

Next time I get into one I will come bombard you with questions lol.

You will get bombarded with information and it can feel a bit overwhelming, but you will start to pick up on successful trends, phrases, ideas, things to look for, things to avoid etc.

There are a lot of wholesalers here and most of the rejection I got was due to the homeowner being bombarded with inquiries about potentially selling.
