Marketing to Buyers

I have several turn-key properties that are cash flowing and I'd like to liquidate them soon, but am having difficulty trying to market them to buyers. I have a website and use some social media, but are there other outlets or strategies that would produce better leads and results?

I seem to be stuck in this phase of my business, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We sell all our houses through Craigslist, For Sale signs in the yard, or the MLS.

The signs and the MLS bring the majority of our buyers.
