The growth in Williamson County (Georgetown/Cedar Park/Leander/Round Rock) is in no small part created by the socialists in control of ATX.

We are doing a lot of buy and hold loans in far south Austin and Williamson County. 

Does anyone have any recommendations Davidson, Nashville, Williamson or Rutherford counties.  

@Jordan Williamson Sounds like a great plan...but...not in my budget at this time.

@Dan Williamson,This is a case where education would be more valuable than "OJT" (On the "Job" Training) because as soon you learned it was a mobile home, that would have told you what your likely outcome would be.Remember: mobile homes - anything that "moves" or can move, really - is personal property, not real property.
