@Dan Williamson,This is a case where education would be more valuable than "OJT" (On the "Job" Training) because as soon you learned it was a mobile home, that would have told you what your likely outcome would be.Remember: mobile homes - anything that "moves" or can move, really - is personal property, not real property.

I really appreciate all the information I've learned so far through the forums, Podcast, and courses (Thank you Joshua Dorkin, Brandon Turner, Marty Boardman, Karen Rittenhouse, Brian Burke, Frank Gallinelli, Neal Frankle, Arthur Garcia, Ryan Lindquist, Al Williamson, Ann Bellamy, J Scott, Sharon Vornholt, Leon Yang, Ben Leybovich, Amber Schworm, Tim Shiner, Jay Hinrichs, Scott Trench, Chris Clothier and Kathy Fettke)I passed the New York State real estate salesperson exam this past February but I don't have a sponsoring broker yet.
