Hi everyone! My name is Chris Muench, I'm 28 and I'm from Long Island, New York.

I found BiggerPockets through a google search and I've been lurking for about a month. I really appreciate all the information I've learned so far through the forums, Podcast, and courses (Thank you Joshua Dorkin, Brandon Turner, Marty Boardman, Karen Rittenhouse, Brian Burke, Frank Gallinelli, Neal Frankle, Arthur Garcia, Ryan Lindquist, Al Williamson, Ann Bellamy, J Scott, Sharon Vornholt, Leon Yang, Ben Leybovich, Amber Schworm, Tim Shiner, Jay Hinrichs, Scott Trench, Chris Clothier and Kathy Fettke)

I passed the New York State real estate salesperson exam this past February but I don't have a sponsoring broker yet. My dream goal is to do luxury real estate or commercial in New York City.

I'm about to be an Uber driver soon and that's going to help me move so I can work as a Real Estate Salesperson in New York City.
