Hi BPers!  I'm looking for recommendations for contractors to rehab buy and holds and flips.  Does anyone have any recommendations Davidson, Nashville, Williamson or Rutherford counties.  Also looking for decent property managers but that probably belongs in a different forum.  Thanks in advance!
