To me the answer is no.Throw in phones that don't get answered by real people and being put on hold for 30 minutes after inputting all your personal info only to not have your problem fixed by a person who can barely speak English and you end up reminiscing about the good ole days when the Ma Bell still existed.Pretty frustrating for sure.Gary
