Wassup Guys!!

Well, I started my real estate journey maybe around late November. By RE journey, I mean actually stepping out of analysis paralysis. I was always curious about RE but that was it. JUST CURIOUS. By late January after actually starting to join the NWREIA to emailing people continuously, most were all dead ends, I came across an opportunity of the life time. A meeting at a coffee shop turned into something much more grand.

My life changed in a matter of months after continuous reading. Whether it was on my lunch break to 3 AM in the morning. From RE, to biographies, to business, to psychology. Endless emails whether it was instate or out of state. Just trying to network with people whose been through it all. My thing was if I learn from them, I'll be saving a lot of time and a lot of mistakes that I would've made myself.

In the words of ET, “If you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, you will be successful.”

Thomas Edison had only 3 months of schooling.

Henry Ford had less than a 6th grade schooling.

After 28 years of rough times, endless failures and a million of “NO’s,” including the lost of his fiancee, Abraham Lincoln finally became president. And it all started out by accidentally finding an English Law book in a barrel he bought for 50 cents. But then again, nothing is accidental because Lincoln still had the choice of either reading or throwing away the book.

I know these people didn’t have anything to do with RE but they all shared the same mindset.

“Never giving up.”

@Rapy Narruhn

Awesome post Rapy!  I love how you used a quote from ET (Eric Thomas), his story is amazing and I love listening to him. (He has some great books out as well)

I can't even tell you how much I've learned from BP in just a matter of 2 months! Whether it was from reading some of their books, tuning into the webinars and podcasts, or just reaching out to a few of the veteran RE investors on here. It's all about constantly learning and paying it forward and I'm excited about this new journey of REI!

Shout out to @Dmitriy Fomichenko who has been extremely patient in answering the numerous questions I've presented to him and for being more than helpful with a friend of mine who's new to RE investing as well, thank you Dmitriy!

 I look forward to hearing more success stories from you in the future and hope to share a few of my own.  All the best to the entire BP community!
