About to flip a bungalow in chicago. I've seen some amazing work out here on the rehab side and was wanting to talk to someone who actually does this in the chicago area. How are you dealing with inspections? How are you doing an open concept with these older homes? Are you removing all the plaster? I've got a lot more questions. Anyone with experience here that would like to through me some advise? Please do! Thanks

Hey Michael - you can add me to the list too. I've been flipping in Chicago for the last several years. Let me know if you'd like to chat
