I preferred multi-tenant properties because if I had a tenant that couldn't pay rent, a non-paying renter typically did not risk my cash flow on the property (pre-coronavirus).

Money is dirt cheap right now with lots of  investors chasing too little deals even with the coronavirus slamming the economyAlso why for example would you be fine with seeing a broker taking 3% on a 20m deal with zero risk and then whine about the sponsor's 1-2% acquisition / disposition fee?

. :)The only slight difference here is that it's possible Wall Street is flipping out more, or less, than the actual threat of coronavirus would warrant.If you think the media is hyping it up to be worse than it is, that's a vote to lock now before Wall Street realizes they are panicking over nothing.If you think the media is under-stating what we're about to get hit with, float and start stockpiling apocalypse survival equipment.
