I am genuinely sick and tired of people trashing an entire sector of tenants just because they are in a different situation that you might not understand.

I am looking to do genuine wholesaling, renovate and resell, and to build a healthy rental protfolio.For this year my goals for wholesaling is to complete 20 transactions, conduct 5 renovate and resells, and acquire 5 rental properties.Currently SeekingI am currently seeking property to renovate and resell or to purchase for a rental portfolio.

Someone help me understand.After they get an eviction on their record, they can get government assistance, but no other decent landlord will ever rent to them again.Is government assistance that good that it would transform someone into a perma deadbeat?

I don’t want that around me and I don’t want to support it.The only people I have sympathy for are those who genuinely fall on hard times (medical, etc.).
