Second, seeing how RE appreciates, rents go up, and in general $$$ loses value, I am starting to question if I should just pay my mortgages as agreed and instead direct most of my savings towards more acquisitions today.

If similar homes with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fetch higher prices than 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the same square footage, then there should be an increase in value.I agree with Bruce's perspective in many cases.

I've been doing a lot of reading and listening lately and it seems that one thing all the "experts" can agree on is finding successful wholesalers locally and learning as much as i can from them.

I would agree that in snowy climates a metal roof will be your best bet!

another maybe odd thing i worry about is it's a bit in the country, with 4 doors right next to each other i worry the tenants could fight, drama, drug deals, noise complaints, i have no idea but it just seems a bit strange. the layout just seems very conducive to drama, 4 door out front literally spaced ten ft apart with nothing else directly around and one big parking lot out front.another concern i have is, i understand there are laws limiting how many people can be in apt. these being 1 bed 1 bath, thats room for what 1 couple, and one child at most?

My question is ,Does the lease start March 15th and I get only half months rent for March or I should get full months rent since that was the agreed upon date.
