Hello! Been a BP PRO member for a few months now but now getting back to the swing of things. I'm both a realtor & investor from the greater Los Angeles area but based in San Diego, looking to take off with my first deal. For my W2 job I travel quite frequently across the country and would love to connect with anyone here - I'm looking into either BRRRR & multifamily investing to start!

@Jeffrey Ma Glad to hear you're getting back in the swing of things!

What are you looking for in San Diego? There are tons of opportunities, but the niche of San Diego tends to be purchasing small 1-4 units and adding ADUs to increase density (if that is a strategy you are considering)
