I am looking to represent other real estate investors in the Southern California area in their real estate deals, as a means to saving you money on commissions on your deals (benefit to you), while at the same time, allowing me to learn the real estate investor business from seasoned pros (benefit to me).

Does anyone have a marketing strategy that is working in Southern California?

In competitive markets finding deals is 99% of the challenge and if you do so finding a partner to jv with you should be easily accomplished (find one in Southern California and I will partner with you and provide all the funds and systems to get it rehabbed and sold.) 

Hi All, My investment fund is looking to start operations in Ohio - looking to the Central and Southern areas - Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati.  

I'm just curious if I need to consider significantly different estimates if I invest in Southern California or if I end up investing out of state.
