Need a reliable GC in Hilo area of Hawaii
Hello - I'm closing within the week on a SFH in the Keaau ag lots area of southern Hilo. I've run two GCs through the property so far to bid on my scope of work. The first one, without knowing my acquisition price or ARV, said they don't think I'll be able to make a profit and don't want to put in the time to write up the bid. The other bid about twice of what I think the real amount is, so they're both out. I left a message with a third today.
If you know of an investor-friendly, reliable GC in that area, then I'd appreciate the referral/recommendation.
