My husband and I are starting to build our real estate investing business in Maryland. Bigger Pockets has been amazing so far! Our primary locating is Anne Arundel County but we have a desire to check out other counties as well.  I would love to learn more about the Southern Maryland market! There is a great REI meeting in La Plata on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. The next meeting

of SOMDREIG is next Tue 3/15 in La Plata. Go to for details. The meeting is run by a local investor, Steve Cavanaugh and lots of local people attend.
