@Sam Shueh @Theresa Harris thank you both for replying.Sam, we don't need to rent as we own the home we live in, I just want out and before market loses anymore steam (seems we may have already lost $25,000 off sale price but I know that can change).Theresa, the home I am considering putting a bid on would be an eventual rental.

The agent also is a friend my wife and myself. 2) My coop still hasn't released their financials and said it "should" be in by another week and a half. 3) By the time, the financials are in (if they are in), I will be on vacation for 2 weeks.
