I have done some online searches and believe I have my list narrowed down but would love if anyone had personal experience with Property Managers in Wichita.

I am imagining that after putting it all down on paper and being thoughtful in each scenario there will be a more narrow focus on the best options and then go from there.

I would suggest narrowing down what your goals might be for investing in the US and that will help you identify some possible target market.
