Note that we're working with traveling nurses who get a housing stipend from the hospitals that they have contracts with and are connected to incoming nurses so occupancy might be different than more standard circumstances.  

That kind of income leaves free to relax and travel. 

One of the most important things was to travel more and kids college. 

Best I can come up with is start surfing online and start looking at properties starting in your area and work outwards until you find properties in your price range and where you don't have to travel too far.

Hello, I am traveling to #Cleveland #ohio Aug 25-31.

For me I simply did not know anything else.. started selling RE at 18 and never looked back.. investing was not an interest to me per semaking money was though to support family put kids through collage without them having to take on loans .. live in a nice home and environment  travel and never work for anyone..
