Traveling to Cleveland Ohio

Hello, I am traveling to #Cleveland #ohio Aug 25-31. I’d like to reach out and be able to network with real estate professionals who can offer their opinion and expertise in the market.

I am considering during my trip to:

1. Visit the court steps

2. Visit a few Turnkey companies

3. Interview a few RE brokers

4. Interview a few whole sellers

5. Attend at least one REI network event

Get preapproved with a lender BEFORE you go out there. The first time I flew out there I did a lot of what you are talking about doing....but not many people took mer seriously when I had to tell them I wasn't pre-approved yet. I made the mistake of assuming they would know I was serious by flying out there, but the response was lukewarm.
